The Cliffe at the Quay is a small townhouse where Victorian detailing meets the finest of contemporary comforts. Overlooking the River Eske, this boutique accommodation is the perfect base for your getaway and welcomes guests all year round.
A unique setting, The Cliffe at the Quay comprises of three modern suites. This historic building was reimagined in 2024 by local, award-winning firm McCabe Architects. Externally, the character of the Victorian style house has been fully restored to its former glory with meticulous detail evident in its red brick façade and beautiful iron and timberwork embellishment. Internally, modern elegance and comforts await every guest.

For breakfast and evening dining, you are just a stone’s throw from the many culinary delights and celebrated bars and cafés the historic town of Donegal has to offer. Most restaurants offer a takeaway option and if you wish to dine at your suite or on your private terrace, each suite comes with a kitchenette fitted with a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and fridge.
